These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Hearly that governs your use of the app and related services.

1. Purpose

Hearly is a real-time speech-to-text and translation app designed to help users understand conversations around them.

2. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hearly for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions

Hearly offers an optional paid subscription that includes:

  • Session durations longer than 30 seconds
  • Screen stays awake during active sessions
  • Future usability enhancements

4. Accuracy

We do our best to provide reliable transcriptions and translations, but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. You use Hearly at your own discretion.

5. Privacy

We do not store audio or transcriptions. All processing is done in real time via third-party providers (such as Microsoft Azure), and no user-identifiable data is retained.
