Hearly does not collect or store any audio recordings from users.
Your microphone input is streamed directly to third-party speech recognition services, such as Microsoft Azure, only for the purpose of transcribing and translating speech in real-time. We do not store any audio or text data on our servers. All conversation history remains local on your device.
We do not use your data for advertising or analytics purposes. Paid users receive additional features such as extended session length and uninterrupted display experience — but we do not collect personal data for any of these.
When you voluntarily submit feedback using the long-tap feature on translations, we collect technical information solely to improve translation accuracy. This includes:
